SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance

We take compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) seriously:

  • Automatic responses are sent only after customers call your business number

  • Message frequency varies based on customer interactions (typically 1-3 messages per conversation)

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan

  • All messages include clear opt-out instructions

  • Customers can text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out at any time

  • Customers can text HELP for support information and assistance

  • We maintain suppression lists and never message opted-out contacts

  • Customers can text START, UNSTOP, or YES to opt back in if they choose

  • We respect business hours settings to avoid messaging outside preferred times

  • Consent is implied when a customer initiates contact by calling your business number

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Telnyx (SMS delivery and phone services), Stripe (payment processing), Neon (database hosting)

  • Team Members: When using our Team plan, messages are shared with authorized team members in your organization

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Message history is preserved to maintain compliance records. You can request account deletion by contacting support.
